Franciscan Sisters partner with
La Crosse Tribune to grant three community wishes

The Franciscan Sisters of Perpetual Adoration and the La Crosse Tribune called out for worthy organizations, projects and people close to you and who build goodwill in the community. Your nominations were narrowed down to 12 and we've been telling these stories since Dec. 1.

Now, you take over. We will open online voting on Dec. 13 and keep it open through Monday, Dec. 16. The entities with the most online votes will have their wishes granted by FSPA, and you'll get to read about it in the week leading up to Christmas.

"Wishing for good things is fine, but making good things happen is better, said Sister Linda Mershon, president of Franciscan Sisters of Perpetual Adoration. Our hope is that this effort will make us all more aware of the needs that exist in our community and ways that all of us can act, large and small, to meet those needs."
